Our Helichrysum plants come from wild plants present in the area near our exploitation. They have been carefully selected by the CRISPI family, specialist in aromatic and medicinal plants.

In order to ensure freshness of the plants and to preserve all of their properties, our distillery is located within the exploitation. Distillation is obtained by drive with the steam without any solvent.

To fulfil its project, Tesoru di Machja has succeeded in attracting renowned professionals. That is why we have chosen TOURNAIRE society, an international reference in the field of distillation, to equip us.

We favour local societies and artisans whenever possible to revitalize our region and attempt to impulse a positive dynamic.

In a logic of a green extraction process, we have set up a cooling water system in closed circuit allowing us to save water.

Once distilled, plants are recycled for compost which is then used for cultivation.

Tesoru di Machja enriches soil by using organic amendment from the brand BACTERIOSOL. This fertilizer has been acknowledged and awarded for its usefulness facing global warming. It indeed allows sequestration of five tons of carbon per hectare and per year. Carbon can then be retransmitted to the ground as organic matter. Our ecological and environmental commitment have led ECOCERT organism to confer the ORGANIC label to all of our products.
